PRIVACY POLICY

Buzvil is a sports’ social platform that offers information and provides an online platform through which sport pro-members may create listings of their services and connects them with members who seek such services or other users who are willing to take part in a sport activity.

User’s privacy is of the utmost importance to Buzvil. This privacy statement provides information about the personal information that Buzvil collects, and the ways in which Buzvil uses that personal information. This privacy policy is intended to inform you about how we treat personal information that we process about you. If you do not agree to any part of this privacy policy, then we cannot provide the platform to you, and you should stop accessing the platform and delete your Buzvil account. You can find out more about how to delete your Buzvil account through Buzvil website. This will delete you all your data from the Buzvil database. We have to authority over the third party search engines that might index any data that you made available to the public.

DEFINITIONS

Where the definition of a term does not appear in this Privacy Policy (such as "Listing", "Content" etc.), it shall be given its definition in this section.

 "Aggregated information" means information about all of our users or specific groups or categories of users that we combine together and which does not include the users’ Personal Information.

"Data Controller" means Buzvil, the company responsible for the use of and processing of Personal Information.

"Personal Information" means information relating to a user who is or can be identified either from that information or from that information in conjunction with other information that is in, or is likely to come into, the possession of the Data Controller.

"Listing" means created activity or session by the user.

"Content" means text, graphics, images, music, audio, video, information or other materials.

“Private Profile” is when a user decided that his/her profile is visible to no-one other than himself/herself.

“Members Profile” is when a user decided that his/her profile is visible to all of the Buzvil Members but not to public.

“Public Profile” is when a user decided that his/her profile is visible to public including any entity that has access to the internet.

Buzvil may use your personal information to:

Every “Listing” or “Session” that you create will be available to the public as soon as it is created. It means it is accessible by any entity that has access to the Internet. This include any information you provide when creating a “Listing” or “Session” as well as you given name as the “Listing” or “Session” organiser.

The details contained on your profile will contain your name, email address and/or mobile phone number.

If you are a normal user: Your profile can be “Private Profile” or “Members profile”. The default setting is “Private Profile” and you can change it any time in you settings.

If you are a pro user: Your profile can be “Private Profile”, “Members profile” or “Public Profile”. The default setting is “Private Profile” and you can change it any time in you settings.

We will use your profile so that you are recognisable on our database. We will use your email address to contact you from time to time and may also use it for security reasons to confirm that you are who you say you are.

We may use the information collected automatically, such as your IP address and information stored via cookies, to gather statistics about the number of people who visit Buzvil. We may share this information with third parties to help us improve Buzvil user experience

Advertisements that appear on Buzvil may be delivered to you by 3rd party advertising partners. Buzvil may transfer information about your use of Buzvil, such as your IP address and information stored via cookies, to our advertising partners. This information may be used to provide advertising and sponsor messages to you.

Our advertising and sponsorship partners have no access to your name or personal contact information stored by Buzvil. We do not provide your name or personal contact information to an advertising partner when you receive/view an advert. We may however provide aggregated data to the 3rd party advertising partners.

We will disclose your personally identifiable information if we believe we are required to do so by law, to protect the rights and property of Buzvil or the public. We may also co-operate with law enforcement agencies in any official investigation and we may disclose your personal information to the relevant agency or authority in doing so.

In the event of a transfer of ownership of Buzvil, if the acquiring company should plan to materially change this privacy policy, you will be notified accordingly. Buzvil may from time to time update this privacy policy and you should check the privacy policy periodically for notified changes.


CHILDREN AND BUZVIL


Children under the age of 13 should not use Buzvil without the consent of their parents/guardians and must not attempt to register with Buzvil and/or submit any personal information to us. Buzvil does not knowingly collect personal information from any person who is under the age of 13. If it comes to our attention that we have collected personal data from a person under the age of 13, we will delete this information as quickly as possible. If you have reason to believe that this has occurred, please contact us via the Contact Us page, and we will delete any such information. We recommend that children between the ages of 13 and 17 should ask their parents or legal guardians for permission before registering with Buzvil.



SECURING YOUR DATA


Buzvil will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information. Buzvil will store all the personal information you provide on its secure servers.

We take appropriate security measures to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. Only authorized employees are permitted to access personal information, and only for permitted business reasons. We use encryption in the storage of your passwords, and we use firewalls to help prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to your personal information. However, no system can be guaranteed as 100% secure. Users are responsible for how they maintain and disclose their personal information and should never send personal information through insecure e-mail. Users should never disclose their user name, login or password details to third parties.

Like many sites Buzvil uses cookies to improve the user experience for our members.

We operate an implied consent approach, whereby we inform users that we are using cookies and if they continue to use Buzvil, they are giving their consent for us to store cookies on their machine. __qca - set by quantcast, this enables us to ensure we are serving relevant ads to Buzvil members.

__gads - set by Google, also ensures that the correct ads are shown to Buzvil members.

__utma, __utmb, __utmc, __utmz set by Google Analytics, Buzvil uses Google Analytics to learn important information about where our site traffic comes from. This includes information like a site visitor's location, the type of browser being used, the type of device user is using to access Buzvil, whether or not someone is a new visitor.

NOTE: Non of our third party cookies disclose any personal information about a user. The statistics are collected anonymously.
